In last 12 months has seen a real commitment to increased staff training and development at Burleys Home Care Services. Amongst other achievements, we have developed an in house training centre also the managers of the business have gone on training courses called training to improve training and to deliver the highest possible standard of training to our care service to the community.
The judges spent a great deal of time considering the training program we as a company had to together, and decided we were worthy of being a finalist. We are delighted put on the short list and inspired to try and go win this award next year.
