About Us - the Burley's Family Home Care team

 

My wife Carly and I established Burley’s Home Care in 2009. With years of experience in providing home care both personally and professionally between us, we knew first-hand the difference it makes to have high-quality, trusted carers available to support you in your own home.

Over the last decade we have built a team of people who share our values and have developed a reputation amongst our clients and healthcare colleagues for providing excellent home care locally. There are times in all our lives when we need extra support and we are proud to be trusted to carry out personal tasks for many clients across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset within their own homes.

Deciding you or a loved one needs support at home, then choosing a home care provider, can be a confusing time. There are several options and processes available and it can be overwhelming to deal with so much new information at once. That is why we take care to liaise with other agencies such as GPs, NHS community teams and social services where necessary to ease the pressure where we can for clients and provide consistent care for each individual.

The care industry is one that often comes under public scrutiny, and we work tirelessly to maintain our excellent standards. We will never compromise on quality of care and ensure that each client receives the necessary time and attention to satisfy their unique care plan and personal needs.

Burley's Home Care are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are very proud of our inspection reports and in our latest report we were rated Good in all five areas of inspection (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led). All of our home care and live in care plans are individually created based on the information that you give to us at your initial face to face consultation. We don’t believe in generic care packages, which is why we work to create a plan that really works for your lifestyle and wishes.

Our home care service is totally flexible, so whether you require full-time live in care, or home care assistance for a loved one once a month, we can support you in the comfort of your own home and cater to all requirements.

Our Team

 

All our carers are fully referenced and DBS checked. They are mentored through comprehensive induction training so that they are confident and competent before being assigned to a service user. Our carers take the time to get to know our clients individually, catering as much as possible for their needs and preferences. Meet our Care Manager below:
