home carer jobs

Our comprehensive home carer training programmes, designed to deliver the best possible care for you and your family.

Our staff turnover is incredibly low, testament to the fact that we train to a very high standard and look after our teams, so in turn, they can look after you and your family on a continual basis. Friendly faces are permanent fixtures at Burley's and your carers are here to stay.

Burley's Family Home Care places a heavy emphasis on the importance of staff training. As part of our commitment to providing care of the highest quality, all of our carers complete an extensive and individual training programme.

We were recognised in the New Forest Training and Development 'Brilliants in Business in 2011/12' awards and later went on to win a New Forest Council Award for 'Outstanding Customer Care'.

In addition to all our compulsory training we encourage our staff to follow a personal development programme coordinated by our full time training manager. We navigate all our carers through to achieve an NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
