Home Care Assistance

We are a family run home care agency. We offer our client a tailor-made package based on their individual needs and circumstances, ensuring that their care needs are catered for and works for them, whether it is a daily visit or just a pop in visit from a friendly face.

We also arrange for the same carers to visit on a regular basis to maintain continuity and a known friendly face. Our services are designed to support a wide range of people within the community from the elderly to the disabled and you are the one who decides how you are supported.

This may be the first time that you have considered Home Care so in order to make this process as less daunting as possible, we have outlined some examples of how we could support you with your routine in your own home throughout your day.

Building home care assistance around your needs

We will work with you to develop a home care assistance package that's right for your loved one and the level of support they need. You can choose from visits as short as 30 minutes or longer visits where more support is needed.

Personalised support plans

A care manager will meet with you, your family and support network to understand what your loved one needs and how they would like their support to be delivered. They will then develop a personal plan that reflects this for you and your family to agree.

Continuity of care

When the personal support plan is agreed, we'll introduce the carers to your loved one. Where possible, we'll try to ensure that they see the same carer at a similar time each visit. There may be times when we have to replace carers, but we understand the benefits of continuity of care and the strong relationships that clients can build with their carers, so avoid this wherever we can.

Ongoing assessment

We regularly monitor the standard of care and support that your loved one receives and encourage feedback. This ensures that we're always providing the best care that we can. We take on board any comments we receive and make any changes that are necessary. We'll also review the needs of your loved one and suggest changes to their support plan if required.
