An increasing number of people are choosing to remain at home rather than move into residential care. Home care is support provided by a carer in the comfort of your own home, helping you or your loved one to preserve their independence. Our home care service is totally flexible, ranging from one-off welfare checks to full-time live in care, so you always receive the level of care you need, when you need it.
If you or your loved one has begun to find living alone a challenge in any way, home care, either long-term or temporary, can provide you with the extra helping hand you need. Whether you’re going abroad and need one of our team to check in with an elderly relative or have had an accident yourself and need assistance whilst you recover, our team of home carers can help!
Building strong relationships with our users is at the heart of our business. We understand that having a stranger in your home can be daunting for many people. That’s why we make every effort to ensure that you see the carer you are used to and familiar with as frequently as possible.
Your comfort is our top priority and we will work quickly to resolve any potential issues you may have with your home care arrangements or plan. Sometimes, personalities just don’t mix – in this case, our Care Managers will quickly review your case and set you up with another caregiver as soon as possible.
