Our recruitment procedure prioritises safety and qualifications to ensure the well-being of our service users, while also making it effortless for exceptional individuals who wish to join our team. Our 6-Step Recruitment Process

Take the First Step

Start by reading our comprehensive job description and contact us directly through our website or by calling our supportive management team on 0161 711 0750.

Friendly Chat 

Expect a friendly and informal chat with a member of our management team. This call will cover your availability, desired hours and any requirements. Take some time to think about your schedule and prepare any questions you may have. 

Complete the Application Form

If we determine that you are a suitable candidate, we will provide you with a form to fill out (takes 20-25 mins). Additionally, we may schedule a time for you to visit our office. 

Impress in Interview

This is your time to shine! We keep our interviews informal, lasting around an hour.  Use this opportunity to demonstrate why you’re the perfect fit for the job, showcasing your best qualities. Don’t forget to bring any questions you have for us. 

Pre-Employment Checks

As part of the process, routine safety checks are necessary. If you are successful after the interview, we’ll arrange a suitable time for these checks, lasting around 30 minutes. This includes a DBS check and confirming any references. 

Training Time 

Once we complete all pre-employment checks, we will invite you to our 3-day training induction at our office in Ringwood. These sessions cover all the basics and are ideal for newcomers. After training, you’ll spend 2 weeks observing a skilled team member in the community to further develop your skills.
