Short Term Respite Care

Short Term Respite Care

Are you wondering how respite care works? We understand that providing care for a loved one can be challenging and exhausting at times. If you need a break, our team can assist you in finding temporary care tailored to your needs.

Short-term respite care offers family members and carers the opportunity to recharge. Some people take short breaks through the week to have some down time and to have a rest from their duties. Others use respite services to go on a short break with loved ones.

Having a carer at home allows your family member to maintain their routines and stay in their familiar environment. This means that someone else will be responsible for taking care of them. With a temporary live-in carer, you can have peace of mind knowing that your loved one is in good hands.

Our care Matching services

We are proud of how we match our clients’ needs with the skills, expertise, and personalities of our carers. We can find carers who share similar interests, values, and respect your loved one’s preferences. Understanding their way of living accomplishes this. If there is a rare need for changes, we will work closely with you and your family to make them quickly.

Our highly trained carers specialize in supporting individuals living with various conditions, such as dementia, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, stroke, cancer, or those requiring palliative end-of-life care. No matter what kind of care you need, our skilled carers and medical experts will provide you with excellent service.

We match two carers who can meet your loved one’s needs to ensure smooth and uninterrupted care. These carers will work on a rotational basis, typically alternating on a two-week schedule.

When the first carer takes a two-week break, both carers will meet at your home to ensure a smooth handover. This process reduces disruptions for you and your family. The new carer will be well-informed through our technology platform. Rest assured, we are committed to providing the best possible care and support for your loved one, giving you peace of mind.
