Burley’s Home Care is a family run business providing premium personalised care to our local community. We are an award-winning business set up by Paul and Carly in 2009 with ambitions to do things the right way.
Our Philosophy:
We passionately believe in the importance of consistency of care, and we take many measures to ensure that the same carer visits every day, and that there is a Dedicated Care Manager to oversee the care plan. We work closely with other community partners from doctors to district nurse teams to ensure a holistic approach.
We’re not about a tick-list of jobs and clock watching. We care for people, they are not just names on a rota, this is more than a job.
We ensure consistency of care with our teams, matching carers with our service users to build familiarity, trust and true companionship.
