Why Burley’s Home Care?
A family-run care provider that grows its people.
Burley’s Home Care has provided home care and live-in care since 2009. We’re family-run, we’re growing, and we believe great care starts with a great team.
Where we started
Paul and Carly Burley started Burley’s in Ringwood in 2009 because they’d seen what poor care looks like and wanted to do better. That’s still the whole reason.
How we’re growing
From home visits in Ringwood to live-in care across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, with an office in Salisbury, a brand-new office in New Milton and our sister company, Bright Heart Home Care.
Trust and expertise
Inspected and rated Good by the Care Quality Commission. Rated 9.8 out of 10 from 135 reviews on homecare.co.uk, with seven consecutive homecare.co.uk Top 20 awards (2018 to 2024).
We grow our own
Burley’s promotes from within. Carers become senior carers, supervisors and coordinators. As Care Team Manager, you’ll lead that growth and learn from our Registered Manager along the way.
“Burley’s Home Care is all about looking after people the way you’d want your own grandparents looked after. Our elderly deserve the best care we can deliver. That means great customer service, growing our carers, supporting our team and having fun doing it. Care should be fun, and it’s our way of giving back to our community.”
Paul Burley, co-founder
