About The Role
As a home care assistant, you’ll help elderly clients live comfortably at home while promoting their independence and well-being. Your duties will include:
Assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Offering companionship to reduce loneliness and social isolation.
Helping clients attend appointments and remain active with gentle exercise.
Helping clients attend appointments and remMonitoring well-being, updating care plans, and liaising with healthcare professionals.
Supporting daily tasks like shopping and keeping records for family updates.
With visits lasting at least an hour, you’ll have time to build meaningful relationships and deliver top-quality care that truly makes a difference.

- A caring, compassionate and reliable individual who is willing to give their best
- A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those you care for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to use own initiative and make independent decisions where appropriate
- A valid driving license and access to a car is also essential

Job Description: Care Assistant Job
Help elderly clients (Service Users) live comfortably in their own homes while making a real difference in their lives. With on average visits of at least an hour, you’ll have the time to build meaningful relationships and provide top-quality care. Join our team of dedicated care assistants today!
You will have duties that include but are not limited to:
Be a friendly companion to those in need
Provide personal care and assistance for Service Users
Assisting with light household tasks such as laundry and shopping
Provide assistance with medication where necessary
Encourage Service Users to remain independent and active
Monitor the well-being of Service Users through regular visits
Report any changes or issues back to the care team.
