Burley’s home care is a friendly, family run, award winning business born out of a passion to want to provide meaningful and sustained care for people in their own homes. The transition into care can be a difficult time and often overwhelming, if you think you can provide the care and compassion that our clients need then we want to hear from you.
Combines recruitment leadership, training delivery, mentoring, case management, and working closely with service users. Key duties include managing recruitment pipeline, delivering 12-week induction, coordinating rotas, maintaining care plans, and accurately records CQC documentation.
Proven care-sector coordination or recruitment previous experience required with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Candidates from care home coordination, healthcare recruitment, or senior carer roles with case management experience encouraged to apply.
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required (or commitment to achieve). Strong knowledge of CQC standards, care plan development, and systems where you accurately records documentation.
£27,000 – £31,000 per annum plus performance bonus. All mileage and travel time paid.
Coordinate schedules, assess service users, manage care plans, and provide case management support. Work closely with teams, assist with on-call duties, and deliver great customer service. Ensure all care service documents meet CQC requirements.
Yes. Based in Ringwood with regular Christchurch presence and frequent New Forest visits to work closely with service users. All mileage and travel time paid. Full UK driving licence essential.
Clear career progression pathways for those demonstrating attention to detail and excellent customer service. Progress to senior coordinator roles with increased average salary, training manager, or operational management positions.
