Nothing is ever too much trouble starting from when office was first contacted to the carer visits. It’s lovely to see my Dad happy, albeit not always very obliging, but the carers know how to handle the situations in their most caring way. My Dad has said the carers who visit him are all lovely and very good. If we have any concerns we call the office who will answer any questions we may have and if they need to get back to us they do so as soon as they have an answer for us. I have met all the carers who care for my Dad and you can see and get positive feelings they all absolutely love their jobs, they’re all very jolly, some of them are singing as they walk up the garden path. We are so relieved we have found a care business who are very trustworthy and caring.
