Burley’s provide me with the service I asked for after a stay in hospital 2 years ago, which has been very satisfactory. My team of carers come promptly at 7am each morning, help me to wash etc, also they tidy and make the bed and prepare my breakfast and make sure my medication is available. My wishes have been fulfilled and as a result, I have made good progress to better health. I cannot complain and would suggest that this system should be recommended to clients which would be a safeguard to be able to stay in their own homes.
