Having found myself in need of providing care for my cousin on a regular basis, I approached Burley’s Home Care Services to provide this, spoke to the manager who was excellent with a combination of care and process knowledge, we came up with a plan to get my cousin the care he required. They chose a carer to come and see my cousin and it has turned out to be a perfect choice and match. They get on really well and she does everything that she has been asked to do in an exemplary manner.
